Problem Definition
Users that are JSM customers on an instance can't connect the Jira Cloud for Outlook to the Instance since they don't have a license (JSM customer only).
Suggested Solution
Allow the JSM customer to connect the instance with the Jira Cloud for Outlook to open tickets, as they normally do in case they have product access (License) on the instance.
Why this is important
The Jira Cloud for Outlook is an add-on to help the users quickly open an issue in Jira. JSM customers should have this option as well.
