In application access, some instances have this (harmless) error indicating they have exceeded license for applications that they are not subscribed to. See screenshot.
Possible side effect:
It was reported that this may also break user deletion from OnDemand. The deleted user will reappear after the next user synchronisation.
Possible root cause:
During evaluation period, subscription may include all the apps. When it's converted to commercial license, the membership remains intact in Crowd. In this case, JIRA+Confluence+FishEye+Bamboo was converted to JIRA-only OnDemand.
This is due to some users being part of the _licensed-appname group. Removing the affected users from these groups in Crowd (and res-sync user directory in JIRA) will dismiss the error. Please contact support if you wish to apply this workaround.
