Ability for non-Org admins to create connections to the Atlassian Data Lake

      Summary

      Currently only Org admins can create connections to the Atlassian Data Lake. See Connect to the Atlassian Data Lake

      You must be an organization admin to create connections to the Atlassian Data Lake.

      Depending on how an Org is structured it could become difficult for Org admins to be the only point of contact for such requests.

      Suggestion

      Provide the ability for non-Org admins to create connections. Ideally the creation process would follow permission levels such as the ones mentioned by ANALYTICS-507.
