Issue Summary
In the current implementation of our AI integration across various platforms, including Confluence and chat services, users are presented with a binary choice regarding AI features: keep them all active or disable AI functionalities entirely.
This all-or-nothing approach limits users' ability to customize their interaction with AI features according to their specific needs. Notably, there's no option to selectively disable individual features, such as "AI Definitions" or the "Summary" displayed at the top of the Confluence pages, without turning off the AI capabilities entirely.
Steps to reproduce
This section may not be entirely applicable, as the issue at hand is not a bug but a limitation of the current AI feature implementation. The core of the problem is the absence of an option to deactivate individual AI features while keeping others active.
Expected results
Ideally, users could have the flexibility to enable or disable specific AI features according to their needs. For instance, one might find the "AI Definitions" feature redundant while still benefiting from the "Summary" feature. Enabling such granular control would significantly enhance the user experience by allowing for a more tailored use of AI functionalities.
Actual results
Currently, the only available option for users wishing to limit the AI's functionality is to disable the AI component entirely for a given product. This approach is far from ideal, as it removes access to all AI features, rather than allowing users to selectively choose which features they wish to use or avoid.
Workaround
As of now, the only workaround is to completely disable AI for the specific product in question. This is achieved by following the provided instructions to turn off AI features entirely. However, this is a blunt solution that unnecessarily sacrifices the potential benefits of other AI features that users might find helpful.

We need this functionality.
For example, the JSM Customer Sentiment functionality is something that goes against how we want to be as a company.
We do not want AI to try and guess some ones mood, and frankly this is something any mediocre customer agent should be able to gauge without AI holding their hand.
Until we can disable individual AI features, we will not be able to use Atlassian Intelligence with Jira Service Management.
