[AI-868] When searching on Confluence Cloud the cql from macros is being included on the search results

Page macros are being indexed causing results to include cql from the macros.

Create a new page using one of the templates which includes the related articles
Search the space for the space key, 'cql' or 'modified'
Results will include CQL from the macro

for example the below is included as a matching result from a macro:

The macro should not be indexed and the CQL should not be in the results

cql is included in the response

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
