Issue Summary

When searching confluence cloud, content in templates which is hidden is being indexed and included on the results. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using a template
2. Search for the page using keywords from the hidden content and you'll see the hidden content which is not visible when viewing the page will be displayed on the results

Expected Results

Search results should not include hidden content on templates which can only be viewed when editing.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
