Currently, searches with the Search Box macro show a list of results, and each result has a page title, attached images and a text sample (from the top of the page). If the first text on the page is instructional text added from a page template, then that text is displayed, even though it is meant to be hidden from view unless the page is being edited.
Please either hide instructional text from search result previews or add an option to toggle it off from the Search Box macro.

- Not Being Considered
Imho this renders instructional texts essentially useless as to what they appear to intent. They can be used as placeholder texts that get overridden, but they cannot be used as instructional texts that provide additional information solely to the page-creator.
Essentially, that instructional texts are being indexed violates the distinction between creator and viewer which is really a pain when you use Confluence to provide content publicly.
