Allow admins to change Lucene's stop words

      It would be great if admins could edit the set of stop words used by Lucene. There are reports (see this answer) of the standard set being non-sensical, and even issues concerning acronyms that coincide with a stop word (CSP-174275).

      Perhaps the General Configuration page could have a text area with all stop words, so admins would be able to easily add and delete from it?

            This could be so easy to implement. Simply change the search boxes so they ignore a list of words before they are processed.
