Default search context and exclusions

      In testing and working with confluence, I have noticed that in my searches i end up wtih a lot of junk hits based on image names and descriptions. I was hoping for a way to be able to exclude image descriptions but still maintain attachment content search results (PDF, Word Exce, ect.)

      I think that a UI to customize default search parameters would be great (see attachment)
