API endpoint to trigger reindexing

      Problem

      There may be various scenarios where Confluence administrators want to programmatically trigger a re-index on their instance. This may be simply to workaround a bug that causes index corruption or even to schedule the re-index outside of business hours for example.

      Suggestion

      Provide an API endpoint to trigger a full re-index of the Confluence instance.
