Changing space names is not reflected in search for content in space

      Issue Summary

      If you change a space's name by UI or API, the content in side the space is not reindexed, so if you search for it, the search results will be displayed with the old space name. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change a space's name
      2. Search for content inside the space

      Expected Results

      The search results reflect the new space name 

      Actual Results

      The search results reflect the old space name

      Workaround

      Make small edits to the content in the space so that it is reindexed with the new space name, or reindex the whole tenant.
