Problem Definition

The 'g+g' quick search currently searches for Content in Confluence.

In a similar fashion to the 'g+g' keyboard shortcut in Jira, Confluence Admins would like to be able to utilize this same option to search their Confluence Administration/Configuration Settings

Why this is important

Helps to quickly search for Administrative Options and unify the quick search functionality between Confluence and Jira
