The Atlassian Administration → Insights → Platform Usage → Rovo Credits dashboard is currently limited to a maximum of 90 days of historical data. An annual aggregated view is available, but it provides no monthly breakdown of consumption.

As a result, administrators are unable to:

• View Rovo credit consumption broken down by month for periods older than the last 90 days
• Access historical consumption data beyond 90 days for internal reporting, budgeting, and audit purposes
• Export data with monthly granularity for use in financial planning or governance workflows

The CSV export is subject to the same 90-day limitation and does not include extended historical data or monthly granularity.

There is also no public API that provides this information with greater historical depth or monthly-level detail.

Requested Improvements

1. Monthly filtering in the Platform Usage dashboard – Allow admins to select a specific month or month range as a time filter, instead of being limited to "Last 90 days" or "Annual" presets
2. Extended historical data retention – Retain and surface Rovo credit consumption data for at least 12–24 months, enabling year-over-year comparisons
3. Monthly granularity in CSV exports – When exporting data, include monthly breakdowns so administrators can use the data in external reporting and budgeting tools
4. Public API support – Provide a supported, documented API endpoint that returns Rovo credit consumption with monthly granularity and extended historical depth

Business Impact

Enterprise organizations rely on monthly usage reports to:

• Monitor Rovo adoption trends over time
• Forecast AI credit costs and plan budgets
• Support internal governance, compliance, and audit requirements
