Summary

As an organization administrator managing Rovo credit consumption, I need near-real-time visibility into credit usage, ideally via a live dashboard and/or a queryable API endpoint, so that I can accurately monitor consumption as it happens, without relying on data that may take hours or even a full day to appear in the Platform Usage dashboard.

Problem / Business Justification

The current Rovo Platform Usage dashboard (Atlassian Administration → Insights → Platform Usage) reflects credit consumption with a significant and unpredictable data processing delay. Usage from prompts or agent interactions submitted earlier in the same day may not appear in the dashboard until the following day. This creates a critical blind spot for administrators and team leads trying to:

 1.  React to unexpected usage spikes in real time before they compound.
 2.  Make informed operational decisions
 3.  Build internal monitoring workflows
 4.  Prepare for the upcoming transition to consumption-based billing
