Problem description

In our search to provide our customers with useful visualization tools to understand AI and Rovo adoption, we deployed Rovo Trends, which enables tracking multiple horizontal AI tools for work and provides exec teams with a report that covers data across tools.

Data such as Rovo usage over time, Rovo interactions by app, Users with AI access, Users who engaged with AI, and Rovo interactions can be found in this dashboard for the time being. 

However, there's no automatic or programmatic way to consume that data and ship it outside of Atlassian, to monitor it through other analytics tools. 

Suggested solution

Provide a way to provision to allow exporting these details, including but not limited to: 

• Directly to Data Warehouses or Business Intelligence tools

• Via a REST API

• Via scheduled export (CSV/JSON)

• Through webhooks

• Or using any supported Marketplace / third-party app

Workaround

There's no currently supported workaround for automatically offloading the data to other services. Customers can still visit the UI and download a CSV from the page, but there's no automation involved.
