Issue Summary

The Outlook Calendar Connector needs to improve its ingestion speed due to the volume of events that can appear in a microsoft tenant

1. Each Users events are crawled without fairness to which events get prioritized
2. Events are being indexed, but at a slow rate. Must prioritize indexing events from users that have authorized
3. Authorized user events should populate

Steps to Reproduce

• Connect connector
• Wait for indexing
• Search for events user should have access to. Events can appear to be missing if users events have yet to be crawled

Expected Results

• All Events user has access to appear
