Issue Summary

Unable to search for plans using the quick search bar.

Steps to Reproduce

• Select the Quick Search Bar at the top.
  • 
• Search for the plans in the search bar.
  • 
• No results are returned in the search bar.

Expected Results

• The plan should be displayed within the search results.

Actual Results

• No results are returned in the search bar.

Workaround

• Navigate to the plans section and search for the required plans.
