Description:
Rovo connectors currently do not use a stable set of IP addresses for making network calls. This limitation prevents customers from allowlisting the IPs, which can block their access and usage of the connectors. This feature request is proposed to support stable IPs for all connectors or at least for the Gitlab connector to resolve this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect the GitLab connector and observe a successful connection.
2. Attempt to search or retrieve data from GitLab using the Rovo agent.

Expected Results

The Rovo agent should be able to search and retrieve data from GitLab without any issues once the connection is established.

Actual Results

Customers are facing an issue with the GitLab connector. Although it connects successfully and some objects are indexed, the Rovo agent is unable to search or retrieve data from GitLab.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
