User Problem

When Rovo search returns a Confluence file attachment, like a pdf, it can be hard to figure out where the source comes from because the source does not list the location anywhere. Users must click the link to the file attachment (which opens a new browser tab), then close the file attachment viewer, then click through the navigation breadcrumbs at the top of the page to find the page that the attachment was uploaded to.
 

Suggested Solutions

Include a way or a setting that shows locations of Confluence file attachments in Rovo search results, regardless of where they appear (Rovo Agent chat, Confluence search (SAIN), etc).
 

Current Workarounds

Users can click on the Confluence file attachment source, close the file attachment viewer, and find the link to the page containing the attachment in the top navigation breadcrumbs.
