The contextual history that displays when searching for users or clicking on any user picker field should be able to be managed by end users, such as:

• Clearing context history
• Changing what's "suggested" for users to choose when picking, such as:
  • Part of the same Atlassian Team
  • Historical context only, or
  • Match closest to what's being searched

Currently, there's no way to manage the contextual history in these user pickers. It would be helpful for small and larger teams to choose what is shown when clicking a user picker field instead of just historical interactions.
