Rovo connector for Custom Websites that need authentication

      User Problem

      At this time, the Custom Website 3P connector can only be used with publicly available websites, currently the verification is done by modifying the robots.txt file in the website the administrator would like to crawl as described in Connect custom website to Rovo.

      Suggested Solutions

      Provide the ability for Rovo to connect to websites that require different types of authentication using different authentication mechanisms (basic, token, etc.)

      Current Workarounds

      None, currently custom website connectors can only crawl publicly available websites
