Improve error messaging on G Suite configuration page

      Problem Definition

      • When G Suite presents a sync. error, the error message isn't very descriptive.

      Suggested Solution

      • Include specific information regarding error conditions, e.g.
        "Resource [USER]: with email[<email_address>] already exists."
        
        "Resource [USER]: with email already exists."
        

      Why this is important

      • Help G Suite admins determine what the problem is and possibly identify the account which is causing the sync issue
      • Help reduce contact index
