Include the Atlassian Access SEN on the Billing management/overview page in the Access(organization) UI

      Problem Definition

      • Currently for partners/organization admins, it's difficult to obtain the Atlassian Access SEN
      • The billing contact(s) may not be the partner or organization admin, so they need to rely on other people to obtain the SEN
      • This can be problematic when raising a support case with Atlassian Support where the contact form asks for a SEN. The lack of a SEN can delay the support process

      Suggested Solution

      • Include the SEN on the "Billing overview" for the Atlassian Access subscription for an organization

      Why this is important

      • Partners and organization admins may not have easy access to invoices
      • It's time consuming for partners or organization admins

      Workaround

      • Goto https://my.atlassian.com to retrieve SEN information
      • Obtain the SEN from the invoices for the Atlassian Access subscription - billing contacts usually have access to the invoices

            Is there any development or a scheduled plan for removing SEN requirement for Atlassian Accees?

            We are making changes to the Support contact form to remove the SEN requirement for Atlassian Access, which should hopefully resolve the concerns in this ticket.

            I was about to log a suggestion for this very thing i.e. show the SEN in the Billing Details.
            I think it would also be good to show the Organisation name:

            • in the Subscriptions (just as you show the url for cloud products), and
            • on the Invoices.
