IMPORTANT: JAC is a Public system and anyone on the internet will be able to view the data in the created JAC tickets. Please don’t include Customer or Sensitive data in the JAC ticket.
Include the Atlassian Access SEN on the Billing management/overview page in the Access(organization) UI
Currently for partners/organization admins, it's difficult to obtain the Atlassian Access SEN
The billing contact(s) may not be the partner or organization admin, so they need to rely on other people to obtain the SEN
This can be problematic when raising a support case with Atlassian Support where the contact form asks for a SEN. The lack of a SEN can delay the support process
Suggested Solution
Include the SEN on the "Billing overview" for the Atlassian Access subscription for an organization
