Problem Definition

With change to Trello, Bitbucket, Statuspage and OpsGenie Accounts being managed in an Atlassian Organization, Administrators would like for their users to IdP Initiated login to these applications.

In Okta, chiclet/buttons are utilized to initiate IdP login to Apps

Why this is important

There is not an option to display a JSM Customer Portal/Trello/Bitbucket/Statuspage/Opsgenie chiclet/button with the "Atlassian Cloud" App (it currently supports Jira and Confluence); this can lead to confusion for Users that only have access to these products.

Suggested Solution

Update the "Atlassian Cloud" App in Okta to add a link to Trello, Bitbucket and Statuspage products for IdP Initiated login.

Workaround

• Users can SP initiated login by going to https://trello.com/ensureSession
• Okta Admins can add a Bookmark App for SP initiated logins to https://trello.com/login or https://trello.com/appSwitcherLogin or https://manage.statuspage.io/cloud/<cloudId>
• Create a Bookmark App to start.atlassian.com, and then users can choose which product that they would like to proceed to after a SP initiated login.
