Issue Summary

Searching for managed users from within the Organization is not working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Verify a domain
2. Add users with managed accounts
3. Access the managed accounts page and search using a word with at least 3 letters

Expected Results

The search returns the exact user from the word you added to the search.

Actual Results

It returns any user that has at least part of 3 letters from the searched word. For example, if you search using the word "Charlie", it will return not only the "Charlie", but any other users with the name or email with parts of the word, such as "Chapman", "Charlotte", "Chance", etc.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
