Logging out from the SAML provider doesn't log out from the Atlassian account

      If a user logout from an external Identity provider (SAML) their Atlassian session remains, hence for companies where the employees share workstations this can be an issue once another user may access Jira/Confluence as another account.

      This suggestion is to provide a way to link the logout system from the IdP with Atlassian.
