      Atlassian Update – 7 May 2020

      Hi everyone,

      My name is Rak Garg, and I am a product manager at Atlassian. I have good news! We’ve been hard at work on Organization and admin insights, which bring lightweight usage reports to admins with Atlassian Access or Premium subscriptions to Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, or Confluence. Learn more about new usage reporting capabilities on our Community post here.

      We don't have any reporting tools where the Cloud instance administration can retrieve consolidated data about usage statistics, licensing, active sessions (we can see, but can't extract), etc.

      In addition, administrators don't have access to any kind of logging to see who created particular users.

            The ability to generate usage reports from the insights section would greatly helps admins

            So what has happened to this functionality?  We have Jira Cloud premium but, I cannot find the ability to setup a usage report for our instance.  A Jira Cloud usage statistics report would be highly useful for our very busy instance.

            From what I see on the community page, this may require Atlassian Access also but that is not what this current ACCESS-583 page says.

            Please clarify.
