User Problem
When an admin's Guard subscription lapses, they may contact support to get the subscription re-enabled. If they are quick enough, their Guard SAML SSO configuration is retained as well. However, SAML SSO enforcement in authentication policies is turned off. This can be confusing for admins who expect SAML SSO enforcement to be enabled after their subscription is reinstated.
Suggested Solutions
Provide clear in-app instructions as a top-level banner in admin.atlassian.com that explains the steps an admin needs to take to get SAML SSO logins working again after a subscription lapse and reinstatement and their Guard configuration was retained
