Issue Summary
The "Last seen on" date is inaccurate for inaccessible products on the user's page.
For example, the "Last seen on" date for Confluence (guest) is always shown as the same as the one for Confluence, even though the user is never assigned the Guest role.
If a user had Confluence access permission and was later removed, sometimes the "Last seen on" date is shown with a later time, even though the user has no permission to access this product in that period.
Steps to Reproduce
- Provide a user with Confluence user access permission, not Guest
- Let this user access the Confluence product
- Check the "Last seen on" value for the Confluence (Guest) product on the user's profile
- Remove the Confluence user access permission
- Try to access the Confluence (unclear the exact operation so far)
- Check the "Last seen on" value for the Confluence product on the user's profile
Expected Results
In step 3, the "Last seen on" value for the Confluence (Guest) product on the user's profile should be "never visited"
In step 6, the "Last seen on" value should be "never visited".
Actual Results
In step 3, the "Last seen on" value for the Confluence (Guest) product on the user's profile shows the same value as the Confluence product.
In step 6, sometimes the "Last seen on" value shows a new value after the permission removal.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
