User that logs in with SSO on either id.atlassian.com or support.atlassian.com when logs out from the application and try to login with new user they get logged in to previously logged in user account.
This is a security concern for customer using shared computers.
The behaviour is ongoing in Entra
Workaround
Till we don't have a fix on this, only option to fix this is to users have to log out of their SSO provider or close the session, clear the cache for new login
