      3. Search for the suspended user account.
      4. Select the suspended user profile.

[ACCESS-1999] Last active date is not available for unmanaged suspended/inactive users

            Hi everyone!

Thanks for your patience while we fix this issue, we have been working on this for the past few months to ensure that when a user has their access suspended, the last active date for a managed account is not changed to unavailable/cleared.

Just to give you a quick update, we are at the final stretch! We are just awaiting two teams to complete their changes to ensure this issue is addressed at all touch points (UI and exports)  Currently this fix is targeted to roll out for all at end of July, we will post an update once this work is completed and rolled out.

            Warm regards,

            Michelle

            Hello.

The workarounds we have received so far are not operational for us, since we need to analyze all the users we have, not just one in isolation:

            1. Restore the user account to check for the last active date of the user.
            2. Check the audit log info

For this reason, we ask you to please give us a prompt response with a definitive solution, since it seems that the information of the last registration is not lost, it is simply not available to be consulted unless the user is active, showing false information in case the user is inactive or suspended.

            Thanks in advance.

            Regards.
