Issue Summary

When an Org Admin removes the profile picture of a Managed Account, the picture doesn't seem to be removed upon refreshing the page.

I've tried replicating this, but I got it to work with the steps below, however for some customers this didn't work and kept showing the image:

1. Open an incognito tab and go to admin.atlassian.com > Directory > Managed Accounts.
2. Remove the Profile Picture. Upon refreshing it will still be there.
3. Close the tab again and reopen a new incognito tab.
4. Go again to the user's Managed Account Page.
5.  The picture is no longer showing.

This looks to be a frontend issue rather than backend.
