Issue Summary
The Actor filter on the Audit Log does not take effect for certain users. See attached video with an example.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to admin.atlassian.com
- Click on Security
- Click on Audit Log
- Click on the Actor dropdown
- Select an user
- Click on Apply
Expected Results
Log should be filtered
Actual Results
Nothing happens
