Provide versioning and backup option for admin and product permission related configurations

      Description

      For faster recovery due to accidental changes in admin related configuration, it will be helpful to have backups of configurations. Also, this will help us to understand the configuration drift that has happened over a period of time and the details of users who have made the changes.  This can include.

      1. IP allow list configurations.
      2. Atlassian Access policies.
      3. Jira/Confluence permissions.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide a backup option for admin and product permission related configurations.
