Problem Definition
Currently, when a JSM Cloud customer with Atlassian Access and a JSM Enterprise Cloud subscription enables Stored user-created activity for their Organization, activity for for JSW Issues is logged, but no activity for JSM issues is logged.
Specifically, these events: 'jira_issue_created', 'jira_issue_updated', 'jira_issue_deleted', & 'jira_issue_viewed'
Steps to Reproduce
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select an organization.
Select Security > Audit log.
Select Activity settings.
Select Product > Stored to start storing user-created activity.
Expected Results
Events for JSM issues are logged.
Actual Results
No events are logged for JSM issues. Only JSW ones.
Suggested Solution
Please include events for Issues created in JSM.
Why this is important
Customers have indicated that not having the ability to see and track events with JSM issues in the organization audit logs can be a potential security issue.
