      Issue Summary

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. go to https://admin.atlassian.com/o/create
      2. type acme inc. (with a period) and attempt to create a new org with that name

      Expected Results

      org is created, or user is shown an error informing them that the org name cannot contain a period. 

      Actual Results


      If the customer retries they'll eventually get a "too many requests are currently being made. Try again later." message. 

      Workaround

      remove the period from the org name
