Issue Summary
Managed account last active date is cleared when the product access is removed
Steps to Reproduce
- Grant Jira/Confluence license to a managed account
- As the end user, generate some traffic on the site
- Verify that the last activity date is updated on the site user management profile
- Verify that the managed account last activity date is updated
- Remove the product access for all products on the site.
Expected Results
The last active date of the managed account should reflect the same data as the user management profile
Actual Results
Product access is removed from the managed account profile and the account last activity date is also removed.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
