Issue Summary

Administrators cannot clear the Managed users "Job Title" field under certain circumstances.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in admin.atlassian.com
2. Open the details of a managed user
3. Set it to any value
4. Refresh the page
5. Clear the value from the Job Title field

Expected Results

The Job Title field can be cleared, and default text "Click to enter value" appear back.

Actual Results

The Job Title field does not clear.

Workaround

Type a 'space' char to make it looks blank.
