In the new improved User Management UI, we do not have the option of transferring products to another organization if the destination Org has 2 or 2+ cloud sites under it.

Error seen in the UI when transferring products between Orgs which has new improved user management interface:

"This feature is unavailable for your organisation. To transfer your products to another organisation, contact support and raise a ticket under the category Technical issues and bugs."

Customers with 0 or 1 site in their Organisation:
Please contact Atlassian Support to disable the new User Management UI on the Orgs.

Customers with 2+ sites in their Organisation:
Currently, it is not possible to disable the new User Management UI for Orgs with 2 or 2+ cloud sites. This ticket will be updated once the ability is available.

Suggestion
It would be great to have the ability from the Jira UI to transfer products between Orgs that have the new User management UI
