Problem Definition
When a Authentication policies CSV import fails the error is triggered but other than that, no additional information about the accounts causing that issue(s) is displayed.
It might be a problem for long CSV files, demanding from the customer a lot of effort to troubleshoot the problem, probably enforcing them to create a support ticket for more details.
Suggested Solutions
Alongside the error message, provide a list of accounts causing the issues when trying to import users to an authentication policy. For example:
- Unmanaged accounts in the CSV: when there are unmanaged accounts in the list, let the admins know which are those accounts (providing a text/CSV file for download) so they can remove them from the CSV file.
