    Description

      Currently if you try to set the language in 2 nodes to 2 different languages it doesn't always stay the same. If for instance the language is set to English but the person logging into that node has preference set to French it will change to French.

       

      It be nice if we would set the language from Jira startup to a specific language and not have it changed.
