Relates to JSD-1239. While some details could be stored in the customer profile, many things are related to their organization. It's often irrelevant which contact in the organization is involved.
In confluence we already register details like which products the organization has, their support contracts, details about what was delivered, etc. It would be nice if we could like an organization to an organization much like we can already do with issues. This would remove the need of having many additional organization fields in JSD and keep all data stored in one place. At the moment we are only able to add a link to the organization on Confluence, but not from JSD to confluence.
