      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be great if there was a way to create custom templates for the KB article creation option in tickets aside from how to's and troubleshooting.

      Like Training articles, and general information.... etc.
