      We are using JIRA Servicedesk; from out customers we get various degrees of feedback on the portal - it is lean and mean. But sometimes more mean then lean :-S

      Because customers would like to create overviews for themselves, possibly add data - they ask for the possibility of a download/dump option. In can understand that from a Atlassian perspective this is not a top-priority, but the customers of your customers - the very users of the Servicedesk Customer portal think they need this.

      In this dump one can add all the fields available on a ticket
