Ability to export all tickets: As a Service Desk Customer, I want to export the Service Desk Requests fields (csv, excel) to be able to follow my interactions with Service Desk Team agents in an offline mode

      We are using Service Desk for online support.

      Our support agents are telling us that our clients are asking quite often to export the requests list with status, etc, for there meetings or to integrate within their project management system.

      Idea would be to have in the My Requests page, an export button.
