Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding bug report.
On the 'Receiving requests by email' documentation page (under Administering service desk projects) it says 'Make sure you have the Administer Projects permission'. But you also need the JIRA Administrator permission to add email requests.
