JIRA Service Desk customer cannot set email type

      Customers of our Service Desk cannot set their email type (text/html) in their profile settings like an JIRA agent.

      E.g. we use an letsencrypt cert and older blackberry smartphones do not trust the CA. So the mail is not visible (only the subject). In this situation it would be great to be able to set the email type to text.
