Option to display workflow in Customer Portal

      Problem Description

      When Service Desk customer opens a request at https://<instance URL>/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/<issue key>, it is not currently possible to see the workflow.

      Suggestion Resolution

      It would be great to have an option to display workflow on a customer's ticket.
