As a customer accessing JIRA from JSD > should not be able to see SLAs within the issue itself

      We don't want all of our customer users to see the SLAs within the issues themselves. Yes, some, but only the super-customer-users. As a default, and if easier, make it so that no customer users can see SLAs with an issue.

      To reproduce: either go to
      Project > Issues > Open > select an Issue > open issue
      OR

      Service Desk > Queue > select an Issue > open issue
